    HDPE silicon core pipe is a new type of composite pipe material. The HDPE is the main raw material, and the layer of core is the intermixture of silicon glue and HDPE which is made by composition and which is made by co-extrusion and blending through different extruders. The product is widely used in protecting sleeve pipe for optical cable of express way, rail way, telecom communication system, and is the first selected product for replacing the traditional protecting sleeve pipe of the field.

The entity of inner and external walls should be flat and tidy, even and smooth, without disfigurement formed by flute and impurity; the color of appearance is even and consistent, without decomposed discoloration line and stains; the cutting surface has no gas bubble and gap; the inner wall of silicon wall is melted and connected closely, without the phenomenon of slip-off; the product mark on external wall is completed and clear
